Ongoing developments in high-throughput technology bring interesting biological data (e.g., single nucleotide polymorphysm (SNP), and next generation sequencing (NGS) data), which are mainly characterized by high dimensionality combined with low sample size and the presence of high correlations among variables.

We develop novel statistical methods for data obtained from such technologies (see Research).
